Yesterday I got to meet these two handsome boys. Luckily for us our session was indoors, because as I arrived at their house the rain started pouring down.
It didn’t dampen our day though and we got to capture some really lovely shots.
I met today’s family at a gorgeous property not far from my home. I think I could have spent all day there and not run out of things to photograph.
Along with their 2 beautiful girls T & S brought along another very important member of their family, Maggie. Maggie was full of personality and she just loved being in on these family portraits.
When I walked into this family’s home yesterday I was greeted by four of the most lovely boys. I could just see that these boys dote on their newest addition, a beautiful baby sister Mia. How lucky is she to grow up with these big brothers as her protectors.
At 2 weeks old Mia is still so tiny and dainty. It was lovely to be able to capture this newness and innocence for her parents.
Today I spent my morning with 7 day old Lacey (such a beautiful name). She was just the perfect little model. I think I turned up just at the right time because she settled down for a nice big sleep. I couldn’t get over her little lips, they are so gorgeous.
I hope you guys like this little sneak peek of your beautiful girl.
I had the lovely pleasure of meeting Melissa today and her 6 day old baby girl Maddie.
Even though sleep wasn’t really on Maddie’s agenda we did sneak in a few moments of shut eye. Secretly I think she was enjoying her mummy’s cuddles more than posing for the camera, and who wouldn’t.
Thank you Melissa for inviting me to your home today, it really was lovely to meet you.
Baby Jordan has grown so much since his newborn photos which can be found here
His Mummy and Daddy are good friends of mine so I have been able to watch him grow. We decided that now he has learned this clever new trick of sitting on his own, it would be the perfect time to capture some new shots.
It was such an honour to photograph Felicity’s Christening yesterday. She has changed so much since her photo session a couple of months back.
I met Felicity and her parents at her home to begin with to capture some photos before the ceremony. She looked like such a sweetheart in her little outfit. We then traveled to the church for the beautiful ceremony.
Thank you so much Claire and Rob for allowing me to capture these precious memories for you.
Well the gorgeous couple I photographed last week, Amber and Michael have just announced their engagement. Congratulations to you guys. I wish you many more happy years together.
Check out this slideshow of the images from their session to see just how much these two are made for each other.
(If it gets jumpy pause and let it load)
Yesterday I met up with Amber (of True Lurve Photography) and her partner Michael for their couples session. Amber and Michael had entered a recent couples competition on my blog and their session was at a location that is very special to them. Here is Amber’s winning entry;
“Michael and I have been together for 9 years in May just gone. We met in College when I was in year 11 and have been inseparable ever since then. We have 2 children who we love and have made our relationship turn into a little family that brings us so much joy.
We love to watch movies together, support each other and even after 9 years, without fail we have done the groceries together every week, which I find quite funny, we just love to turn what a lot of people find a chore in something to do together.
We have fond memories of this location. I remember being pregnant walking down there, taking the kids down, and before kids we would go down at night and just take a stroll. Such a simple spot but a spot we have both shared together over the years.”
I really enjoyed this session and the love that these two share is very evident.
