You find yourself marvelling at the smallness of everything – ears, toes, nose. You’ve never before felt what you feel right now, as you listen to such a delicate heartbeat. It’s in these moments you realise you created a life – and it’s just so precious. That’s exactly how Phoebe’s family feel, and I was honoured to capture it in these photographs.
