My Nan is the driving force behind my desire to create beautiful, uncomplicated and clean images. Not too long before she passed away the subject of baby photography came up. Nan asked me quite seriously why it was necessary to blemish such perfect little beings with colourful hats and intruding props. I didn’t have an answer at the time.
