This morning I took my new prop, my 50mm lens (it’s a bit neglected these days) and my littlest boy to this lovely location. I feel very lucky that this location is the site where we will be building our new home.

Last week Kodi turned 6 and whilst it’s sad that my “baby” is growing up, I am enjoying watching him grow into the person he is becoming. He is a gorgeous, sweet and caring little boy. And yes like every child he has his moments but deep down he has the kindest heart.

I cherish his morning cuddles and his kiss goodnight when I tuck him in. My heart melts when he tells me that I am beautiful and precious.

As I sit here typing this, I can hear him playing and I know he is completely oblivious to how complete he has made our family. I look forward to watching him continue to grow into the very special person that he is.
