Life is full of so many first milestones. Some significant and others you may think are small but often it’s the smallest ones that are the most treasured. From the day your child is born, that is a momentous occasion in itself. In between that are all those moments that roll into a year and before you know it, it’s their first birthday. While we celebrate turning one, what we are really celebrating is all those little milestones that lead you to that point. The obvious ones that come to mind may be their first word, that first little sharp tooth right down to their very first step, the most important of the many they will then take in this big wide world.  

But have you ever thought about the first time they wrapped their arms around your neck? When their tiny fingers grab on so perfectly to ours? Or the moment you hear them giggle like it’s the funniest thing on earth! They are the moments we treasure the most because they will be ones we felt with our hearts.
