I’m seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming position with Peta Nikel Photography in an admin/assistant type role. I’m seeking a reliable, motivated and fun individual to join me.
This position would suit a parent or someone returning to the workforce after maternity leave or someone passionate to be a part of a growing creative business.
This position is not a photography position and you will not be required to take or edit photos.
Duties would include;
Packaging client orders, cleaning studio, follow up of contracts etc, preparing files for blogging, newsletter scheduling, some social media management and general admin/PA tasks.
Essential skills and qualities;
- Friendly and approachable
- Great customer service – a people person
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Have a good understanding of social media and technology
- A great telephone manner
Other skills and qualities that are not essential but would be an advantage;
- A background in marketing
- A background in customer service
- Experience with photoshop
Please note – This is a freelance/contract role so the successful applicant would require an ABN. Hourly rate will be discussed with the successful applicant. Position will begin as one day a week 9.30am-2.30pm at my Honeywood studio. Very occasional weekend work may also be required. Availability required from late January/early February.
